This notice describes what the current Fondation website does and does not collect. We will update it if we add accounts, forms, analytics, or other data services.
Who operates this site
This site is operated under the name Fondation Inc. For privacy questions, contact support@fondation.ink. The company’s registered legal name and business address have not yet been provided for this notice and must be confirmed before production publication.
Information collected by this site
The current site is a set of static pages. Its code does not include visitor accounts, contact or submission forms, payment processing, analytics, advertising trackers, or a database or file-storage service for visitor information. The publication and news search boxes filter the content already on the page in your browser; they do not submit search terms to Fondation.
The site’s own JavaScript does not set analytics or advertising cookies, or save search terms in browser storage.
Hosting and technical logs
A provider is required to deliver any website over the internet. The production hosting or content-delivery provider is not identified in this website’s source code, so we cannot accurately name its systems, data locations, or log-retention periods here. That provider may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details, requested page, and request time, to deliver and secure the site. We will identify the provider and its applicable retention practices once the production setup is confirmed.
No separate visitor-data database, analytics service, or form-processing service is configured in this codebase.
Purpose, sharing, and retention
Fondation does not currently ask you to submit personal information through this site. Technical information handled by the hosting provider may be used to deliver, maintain, and protect the website under that provider’s terms. We do not sell visitor information. We cannot specify a provider’s retention period until the production host is confirmed.
Your privacy requests
You may contact support@fondation.ink with a privacy question or request. Where applicable law provides access, correction, deletion, or objection rights, you may make that request at the same address. If you are in Mexico, this includes the ARCO rights recognized by applicable Mexican data-protection law. Please do not email sensitive personal information unless we explain why it is needed.
